For individual investors who research US stocks in their own AI client and want to trace each figure to a source and date. Run the local Python service and connect an MCP client; enter a ticker to retrieve SEC company financials, Form 4 insider filings, and diluted EPS from 10-K filings, alongside daily bars, the latest trade, key metrics, and analyst EPS estimates from yfinance. The tools also calculate about 40 technical and risk factors, compare multiple stocks over a common period, and build bear/base/bull valuation scenarios from EPS × P/E. `plan_entry` uses an amount and calculated price levels to produce a staged-entry scenario; it does not create an order. Results label sources, as-of times, and price basis. Missing data is returned as unavailable with a reason. Coverage is primarily US stocks; KRX listings have prices, indicators, and entry scenarios only and are not included in this directory's market tags. Setup requires Python 3.11+, project dependencies, a local service token, and `SEC_USER_AGENT`, then connecting the local HTTP MCP endpoint to a client. SEC data is unavailable when `SEC_USER_AGENT` is not configured. The repository is MIT-licensed; model, client, and machine costs are unknown. SEC and yfinance are data sources, not an official SEC or Yahoo MCP. Its distinct use is a local read-only workflow that combines SEC fundamentals, unofficial market data, and traceable scenario calculations. It has no broker connection, brokerage account data, or order tools. Documentation was reviewed; it was not installed, run, or queried.

Known limitations
- Coverage is primarily US stocks; KRX support is limited to prices, indicators, and entry scenarios.
- SEC data requires a SEC_USER_AGENT with a contact address; the related data is reported as unconfigured without it.
- yfinance is an unofficial data adapter and may break, be rate-limited, delayed, or return missing values; outputs label sources and explain missing values.
- The latest trade may include pre-market data and is marked provisional; `confirmed_only` can restrict prices to completed daily closes.
- EPS × P/E, entry attractiveness scores, and touch probabilities are scenario calculations from public data, not forecasts, investment advice, or orders.
- Read-only research tool: it does not connect to brokers, read brokerage accounts, or place orders; it was not installed or tested in this review.
